Abstract Regulations & Guidelines

You are invited to submit abstracts for presentation at the Congress. Abstracts should be submitted only via congress website. Please read the Abstract Submission Guideline. 

Abstract Preparation Guideline

1- Presenting author's/speakers contact details

• Full name
• Affiliation details: department, institution/hospital, city, state (if relevant), country
• Email address
• Full postal address
• Phone number

2- Author and co-authors' details

• Full name(s)

3- Title & Body Text

• Abstract title - Limited to 25 words
• Abstract text - Limited to 300 words
It is the responsibility of the authors to review the submission and avoid any typing error on the abstract. No changes in the text are permitted after submission. Updates should be made at the time of presentation.
• Abstract for original papers, should contain background, aim, materials and methods, results, conclusion and key words sections separately in English language.
• For case reports a one-paragraph, non-structured abstract or a structured abstract divided to background, report of the case, conclusion and key words are needed.
Nevertheless, the length of an abstract should be less than 350 words (250 words for case reports).

4- Tables

A maximum of 2 tables and up to 10 rows * 10 columns can be included

5- Graphs and images

The maximum file size of each graph/image is 500 KB. The maximum pixel size of the graph/image is 600(w) * 800(h) pixels. Please send images in JPG format only.


Abstract Acceptance Notification

The submitting author will receive an email with the result of the scientific committee by early August.
